We talk about how being strong in DNS positions replicates the strength & stability that could apply to a BJJ guard, why a 6 pack….or 8 pack my not be a good thing, dangers of too external hip rotation and not enough internal rotation in BJJ fighters, a DNS approach to Yoga and mobility…..plus much more.
