After experiencing extensive burnout in 2018, resulting in severe stress, anxiety, depression and, well, no life (at least that’s how it felt), Harmony was left with little choice other than to claim back her health and well-being to create a better quality of life for herself.

So, she went all in on her own damn life and quit her 20-year corporate career, sold her house, and hit the road full-time in a caravan, traveling solo around Australia.

Now she is passionate about helping business and career women just like you, cultivate a better work-life balance and chase your big AF dreams in life and biz!
