After years supporting industry execs, Laura turned her focus to empowering creatives to get to the next level without compromising their mental health and wellbeing with her own company LL Collective. Laura has a huge wealth of experience starting in performance and spanning labels and management within the business side of the industry, working at companies including Universal Music and BMG.
