In this episode we talk with the absolutely magnificent human that is Kayode Thomas, who since starting his music business career in the digital team at Polydor in 2013, has been on a real journey, trying his hand at all manner of digital creative across industries, and finding his way back to music in 2019 as a Digital Content Producer at Kobalt / AWAL. Kay now runs not one, not two, but THREE, that’s right three businesses (ok, they’re all connected under the TRIBE umbrella, but still…where does he find the time?!).

We were so inspired by Kay, we didn’t want this chat to end, but it left us pumped, full of positivity and ready to take on the world, and we’re sure it will give you good vibes too whether you’re just starting out or already well on your music business career path :)
