Root Causes of Disordered Eating/ED's + Making Food Fun & Enjoyable Again with Mallory Page, RDN

Do you ever wonder WHY you are struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder? Join Mallory Page, RDN, and me in today's episode as we discuss the importance of understanding the root causes that may lead to these things. We dive into specific personality traits that may make you more susceptible to developing an eating disorder or disordered eating habits. However, Mallory shares how you can actually use these traits to your advantage when healing your relationship with food, your body, and exercise.

In addition, in this episode, Mal discusses how we can make food more enjoyable, fun, and freeing again with the staged approach that she uses with many clients. She also shares actionable steps to take to begin feeling more comfortable and confident in your body again.

Mallory is a dietitian that lives in Austin Texas! Her passion is helping women figure out why they are struggling with disordered eating so that they can heal their relationship with their food, body, and exercise. She believes that health is so much bigger than weight and what we eat and she hopes to spread that message in a world that doesn't always see it that way.
