Bits and Pieces returns after its biggest break to-date, to somehow summon the reserves of energy and enthusiasm to review the utterly drab Asia Cup, where India and Pakistan's shallow off-field posturing, and even more shallow on-field hostilities have done precious little to overshadow the insipidity of what was once a top-drawer on-field rivalry.
