In this episode, she shares her experience of her own womb healing journey and what led her to do the work she does as birth keeper and doula. She talks about the role of a birth keeper and doula and how important it is for women to begin to take the power back in pregnancy and birth.
We go deep into understanding the power of the womb and how many of us have lost connection to this power. She shares ways we can begin to connect back into our womb space and connect to the ancient wisdom and power within.
We both share our experience of stillbirth and the moment we realised that we had our stillbirths on the same day, same year and both had daughters with almost the same name! Mind blown! We share how trauma can crack you open and lead to deep expansion and so much more!
