Meg Berryman is a mother, teacher, podcaster coach and consultant seeking and teaching regenerative ways to live, lead, learn and do business. I am passionate about helping folks like you create tomorrow, today - in your bodies, businesses, families, organisations and communities.
This episode was a little different. Instead of sharing about Meg and her work, we dive deep into our experiences of baby loss. Both Meg and I recently experienced a miscarriage and 12 years ago I experienced a stillbirth. We recorded this episode on my daughter's 12th birthday.
It is a very candid conversation. We share our stories of loss, grief, moving forward and how path of healing is not linear. How sharing our stories is so powerful and healing and how important it is for women to be supported during these times, so they do not have to suffer in silence.
I am very grateful for Meg for sharing this space with me and honouring our babies that did not join us Earth side.
