Helmed by BC native Andy Wong, who himself is a working Assistant Director in the Director’s Guild of Canada (DGC). Each episode consists of conversations about what new crew members can expect on the job, challenges they may face, and the changing landscape of diversity that has influenced their journey.

Rob Guthrie (he/him) and Rissa Guthrie (she/her) have worked on various BC shows such as the Leo Award Winning Les Files Du Roi (2024), the Lifetime movie The Bad Seed Returns (2022), and APTN’s Shadow of the Rougarou (2022).
