Although nothing constraining, the term alertness was associated with Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs), attentiveness to social workers and watchfulness to hospital environment. This episodes provides examples of when each type of hospital staff member can be approached when needed and when the hospital environment itself if of a concern, should be addressed.
