It is said that during a presentation, the attention span of the audience is only 15-20 minutes. Thus, one has to captivate their attention from the very beginning to the very end.. Being on time and ending on time shows one values the time of their audience.. Confidence is key to a smooth presentation. Preparation is part of the confidence. Not being nervous but rather confident in the subject matter will also give confidence in public speaking.
