We invited Trista Smith, an experienced robotics engineer now working with Argonne National Laboratory, to speak with us about her experiences getting into STEM fields as a woman of color, her efforts in generating interest in STEM education and training workers in our new technological society, and the programs she will spearhead with Argonne and the community going forward.
