There is life after binge eating disorder. I recently went to a restaurant and afterward realized that I ate what I wanted and had no thoughts about overeating or bingeing/purging. Its all due to the principals that I was taught by Lydia Knight with her Beat the Binge 8 week program. If I can stop at 54, so can you.
