This heat wave in California has been rough, but we still brought the heat! Our discussion today consisted of a quick catch up on life, followed by a conversation about how being in contact sports at a young age thrashes your body before you even hit an age to where you would naturally present issues. We then get into CTE and sports that cause concussions, Shia LeBeouf's interview with Jon Bernthal on Real Ones podcast led us to a conversation about self-awareness and the difference between men and women's communication styles, as well as how people show less respect for each other based on our jobs/professions. We also sprinkled some laughs in there!
