Facebook is the largest social media platform on the planet with reach which is not just a global audience but with reach into VR technology and video chat! Facebook also owns what is probably the most popular social media platform - Instagram, which boasts a gigantic following of its own.

Facebook is still very relevant in digital marketing and brand development and as the company develops more and newer tools for users disposal, Facebook will still be a place where a high percentage of the public will go to hang out and digest news and views.
