Wanting to change and changing are not the same. Quite often as Christians, we expect that once we set our hearts to change, we will.

But we find that it is easier to say we want to change rather than change. We start off motivated but this motivation wears off after some time. Hence, we don't experience lasting change.

In this Bible study, we examine how we can change effortlessly. This is not to say you won't do anything but to show how believers can experience change without needing to depend on self-will.
