A new year brings renewed hope that things will be great. Believers are among those who have this hope. We seek God's Word for the year and pray that this year will be better than the last.

However, life has shown that a new year doesn't always include new experiences, opportunities and blessings. For that to happen, we have to let the Holy Spirit lead us and do what He says. We have to be willing to do things differently and in some cases, get out of our comfort zones.
