Grandpa Bill, with a twinkle in his eye and a lifetime of stories etched onto his face, sat across from his granddaughter, Adah. She was eighteen, brimming with the nervous excitement of a college freshman, her textbooks piled high beside her. "Adah," he began, his voice a warm rumble, "what if I told you that just walking through your Memory Palace from Station 1 to 10 proves absolutely nothing?" Adah, momentarily distracted by a particularly intimidating biology diagram, looked up, a curious smile playing on her lips. She knew Grandpa Bill always had a trick up his sleeve, especially when it came to his beloved "Magnetic Memory Method."
