Sydney Miller is an NYC native, a former college athlete, a school teacher turned amateur fighter and boxing coach, she is currently a lululemon ambassador & guest trainer on lululemon studio, she runs her very own coaching business called S:Box, and to put the cherry on top she's a certified nutrition coach - she really does it all and we chat about it ALL : from her very own personal fitness journey as an athlete, to pursuing a career as a coach, her introduction to boxing, her experience in amateur fighting, and how it's all lead to a life FILLED with inspiration, creativity, and fulfillment. We wrap up the conversation with a nutrition crash course based on submitted listener questions!
