Upon graduating from San Fernando Technical Institute in 1997, Neil served several roles at bp Trinidad including Lead Operator.

After a near-miss incident, he recognized how easily unintentional human errors occur. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, his team created OperAid-software that actively evaluates Process Safety compliance.

He believes Trinbagonians must build globally recognized, technological solutions that exploit our 168 years of petrochemical experience.
