With over 30 years of dance training and experience in the dance world, Dana has achieved numerous accolades, including being a member of the first Dance Mania team in 1999 and becoming the owner of Dance Mania in 2008, growing the program into one of the most elite All Star dance teams in the world.

Dana's achievements include being named the USASF coach of the Year in 2010, a 10-time USASF Dance World Champion coach, a 2-time ICU World Champion as the US National Team, and multiple silver and bronze national championships. Recently, she was named the 2022 National Dance Team Championships All Star Coach of the Year and the 2022 ICU International Dance Coach of the Year. She has also coached, mentored, and guided over 20 Division 1 athletes to dance on the nation's top college dance teams.

But what's most important to Dana is being a mom of two boys, aged 7 and 11, and being married for 15 years. When she's not coaching or running a business, she's a championship mom and wife.
