She founded the Society of Women in Space Exploration which is an organization that promotes women and diversity in the space industry.
The organization has several chapters all across the United States and internationally.
Bianca has landed internships at Virgin Orbit and Lockheed Martin to name a few. She is paving the way for many women in science.
