Bragging about yourself doesn't have to be negative. When done right, it becomes a superpower and something that we can use to tell the narrative of our work in corporate America. The experiences we bring and background, culture, everything makes us unique and we should highlight that. It's what makes us special so we shouldn't hide who we are in hopes that others notice how hardworking we truly are. Only we are our best advocates for what we do at work.
