Her profile includes a mix of corporate and research experience. She has worked with Brands like Unilever, Essel group, Cadbury, ITC on projects like Competency Mapping, Career planning, Training and Development for values, content development for training, training the trainers, on boarding, management of end to end employee life cycle and other HR Processes – and corporate values. Author of a best selling book on embedding values into organisations, she talks to Dr Ann Marie Mealey about her work in this area.
