He grew FirstClassUtilities.com from scratch into a seven-figure business and uses that income to invest into a variety of private offerings such as multifamily and personal seat licenses.

Thien shares how he started by owning seats at AT&T Stadium where the Dallas Cowboys play, and how he is now an investor in Sunset Amphitheatre in McKinney, Texas which recently broke ground.
