Beauty is how we decorate our time and space! I've been working in the activist realm redefining beauty standards for 23 years and in two decades many things have shifted and some have alarmingly worsened.
The cosmetic, weight loss and surgery industries rely on our feeling "less than" and chasing unachievable standards to make billions annually. Reflecting on the shifts we've made, share my perspective on how to live beautifully and in alignment with our own values, and where we have to go together, culturally, with beauty.
