Episode 1 introduces you to the amazing Christina Ford.  A gentle spirit with a huge heart.  Come watch us talk about Loss, Grief, Healing, Dating (online and otherwise), Health and Purpose.  YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS!!!!  Christina Ford (@christinadford on Instagram) is an actress, writer, motivational speaker, youth advocate and entrepreneur, located in Los Angeles, California.  Born and raised in the Washington DC area, she always had a passion for entertainment and her faith in Christ at a young age.  She went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.  After graduating Spelman, she started her career in entertainment working for MTV Networks in New York City while also pursuing acting for Broadway, Television and Film.  Christina moved to Los Angeles in 2009 for her acting and producing career working both in front and behind the camera.  With a passion for fitness and her faith, she is founder of FIT4LYFE a faith-based fitness bootcamp along with creator of Kings Meet Queens a Christian singles ministry both to build up the Kingdom.  She enjoys mentoring, ministering, and motivating others and all while enjoying her favorite foods and trying new adventures.
