But she wasn’t the only journo who was chasing down the truth… Josiah Hesse, an incredible journo from the Mid West who wrote for The Guardian, was close behind.
Jess and Josiah’s lives are radically different - Christian/Atheist, Oz/USA - but she soon learned they had a lot more in common than she realized. Namely an evangelical upbringing, their taste in music and a passion for justice.
