Kit graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management & Marketing and currently works as a Project Lead for Carvana. On the side, Kit is a semi-pro baker and fitness enthusiast who continues to learn and grow where she can. In this episode Kit and I talked about her ideas surrounding perfectionism, baking, and having a growth mindset.
