Proud of her roots she forged her way determined to sing jazz in her native Spanish tongue and became the first Latin American to be signed to a major label in Verve Records.
Nominated with Latin Grammy awards for best Latin Jazz and Jazz album she has to date recorded multiple albums deservedly establishing her as a creative female force.
