We had a plan, a very detailed plan, one that if I followed would mean I'd run none stop for 24hrs covering 80miles up and down 8,000m of elevation on Yr Wyddfa aka Mount Snowdonia at the 3rd Annual #Snowdon24 event.

On July 13th I'll be taking part once again in one of the BEST Ultra events in the UK, the Snowdon24 challenge. Very simply you go as fast as you can, for as long as you can within a 24 hour period up and down the Llanberis path to the top of Yr Wyddfa (aka Snowdon) and back down. Up and down is '1 rep' and has around 1,000m of elevation and 10miles for each rep!
Last year I managed 6 reps and the winner hit 8 reps... so guess how many I'm aiming for this year?! I'll give you a clue... I'm asking for 8 people to come and support me on a rep, walk, jog, run with me to help support me and the brain injury charity Head of Change that I'm supporting and raising money for again.
