Salt beef is trending, salt beef is ‘in’, salt beef is the new black. From bagels to reubens, salt beef is more or less omnipresent in any well respected sandwicherie, so we thought, after 4 episodes, it was only fair to turn our attention to a salt beef specialist. Enter Tongue & Brisket, a salt beef sandwich joint steeped in history; a place where the pickles are plentiful and the rye bread is reputable.
