For connection, we need to be willing to be known. This tool, The Johari Window, helps us take a look at how we allow ourselves to be known by others, or not. It helps us see how honest and open we are. We get to decide how we show up in our relationships. So I invite you to use this tool to get curious about your willingness to be known and decide if you want to make a change.

I don't make other people's actions mean anything about me
This episode aired earlier (number 5) as "I don't hang my emotions on others". This is one of the skills that I practice to make my life better now. It is an important skill and a challenging one. And it is not one that we will "arrive" at. It will be a lifelong practice. AND it does get easier with practice.
