
Welcome back to another Solo episode! I can tell, this is going to become my new favourite thing to do. In this episode I share what I have learned so far along my fitness journey. In specific, I go through the 4 main benefits I have found from consistent exercise. My journey with training, is a modest 1 year long. However, I have absolutely fallen in love with the insane health benefits it can give you. If you know me, you know I love to learn and so this is a no brainer for me!
