We talk with Temera Millar from North American Indigenous Ministries (NAIM) about how she came to faith in Jesus as a First Nations person herself. She also shares what she believes is important for partnering and ministering among First Nations people.

Temera Millar is First Nations from the Squamish Nation and Lil’wat Nation and is the Director of Recruitment for North American Indigenous Ministries. She graduated from the Native Indian Teacher Education Program (UBC) with a Bachelor of Education. After teaching a few years she received her Master of Arts in Christian Studies from ACTS Seminaries with a focus on Intercultural Studies. Wylie and Temera are involved in ministry on her home reserve of Mount Currie. Her passion is to see more First Nations people know the truth and joy of Christ.
