Today I’m excited to introduce you to Jen Jackson. Jen is a paramedic, intrepid traveller and roller skater. In this episode we mainly try not to swear in case Jen’s mam is listening. We also cover compassion fatigue, recognising burnout and how to set boundaries to counter it.
