Stanford Suicide and Pressure We Put On Performance
On this previously live-streamed event, Audrey Cavenecia & Mike Robbins discussed the Pressure We Put On Performance in American society in light of the recent suicide at Stanford University. Students struggling in silence with mental health-related battles has been a challenge for many colleges and universities across the United States. Implementing protocols that deliver higher visibility for helpful resources has improved, but there is still more that needs to be done. This problem also exists in the workforce. However, in many instances, it is not properly addressed. As a society, we need to do better. Whether you’re a CEO, Founder, HR, Manager, or in another leadership position, we seriously need to talk about this.
