How do you effectively show support for a team member who has experienced the loss of a loved one? Everyone knows that the standard question, how are you doing, is awkward and simply not enough. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable, will demonstrate your sincere desire to connect on a deeper level. Being there for your team member, however that needs to show up, can be the bridge builder that everyone needs to journey through a challenging time.
