
Sharing a quick technique on how to deal with negative emotions like stress or anxiety. In this video, I share specifically on how to calm the sensation of butterflies in the tummy, although you can use the same technique on any emotional upset, and wherever it presents in the body. This is a combination of a Positive Intelligence focus exercise - in this case doing PQ Reps on the physical sensation of a negative emotion, and Quantum Touch or breathwork, breathing into the area, sending love, calm, peace, or light into the area experiencing the physical sensation.Try it now.
