Yesterday, in a group coaching session with some of my Positive Intelligence clients, we discussed the victim saboteur.
We went pretty deep into the wounds we carry from childhood abuse and cruelty.
Our session led to this Guided Meditation: Self-Love for Healing the Victim Saboteur. My clients found this meditation deeply healing and transformative and asked me to share it with a wider audience.
So sharing it here on Spotify
In our Hey Shoo WOW community on Facebook

And on YouTube (The YouTube version has no background music) https://youtu.be/jc5tKD9Zat0
This guided meditation contains affirmations and visualization suggestions that were sparked by our discussion.
This meditation is particularly helpful for someone who is dealing with victim thoughts (thoughts of being victimized), or someone with a strong victim saboteur or victim archetype.
Affirmations like these:
I am safe. I am 100 percent safe. I am protected.
I am alive today because I've always been protected.
My guardian angels were always there. God was always there.
I am totally safe.
I am supported. I'm supported by the earth. I'm supported by my body.
I am supported by my friends. I am supported by my family.
I'm supported by my partner.
I'm supported by all of my loved ones, seen and unseen on this earth or gone from this earth. Those who came before and those who are here right now.
I am safe and I am supported.
I am protected. I am guided.
The God I know and love is friendly to my plans.
May this meditation help you feel safe, protected, loved, guided, and cared for in the way you always wished for as a child (or now, as an adult).
