What an amazing conversation with Tine about his evolution in life. How he made it out of the strong build muscle in a functional movement and if by need, also a soft man. 

If you are in sports and like lifting heavy weights, then this is the right information for you. Especially in order to prevent any injury or chronic pain down the road. And you do not want that to happen, right?
