In this episode of the Being Human podcast I sat down with Jack Henshall. Jack is a mixed martial artist fighting out of HW1. He is one of the most experience amateur MMA fighters in the UK. His accomplishments include winning gold at the IMMAF Four Nations last year and winning fights in the IMMAF Europeans Championships also.

Jack is fighting on Almighty FC in Coventry on the 14th December. In this conversation we went through Jack’s whole journey through martial arts, fighting and the sport of MMA.
