In this episode of the Being Human podcast, I sat down with ‘The Real Deal’ Ella Beale.
Ella is one of the UK’s top prospects in women’s mixed martial arts. She will be fighting for her first amateur title on Almighty FC in Coventry, in a couple of week’s time.
We went through Ella’s whole journey in fighting and martial arts, beginning when she started kickboxing at 4 years old. We talked not only about her upcoming fight, but her future trajectory and long term goals in the sport too.
