🎙️ BEING BLACK IN CRAFT – MAY 19TH 🎙️

✨ Mental Health Month Edition ✨

Because it’s more than craft—it’s community. It’s care. It’s culture.

This May, Being Black in Craft returns with a powerful, necessary conversation for Mental Health Awareness Month. We’re diving deep into coping mechanisms, mental triggers, and how we navigate the challenges of today’s climate—all while celebrating the resilience and creativity of Black folks in craft culture.

🍻 Joining us again is the incomparable Lew Belgium of the Brewsing Banter Podcast for our annual check-in—because checking in is radical, and so is healing.

🧠 We’re also bringing in professional insight from Moneshia Therapist, MA PLPC, who will help us unpack the “how” of healing:

  • How do we handle our triggers?
  • What tools do we use to cope?
  • How do we support each other through it all?

It’s raw. It’s real. It’s revolutionary.
