In this candid, laugh-out-loud chat Laura talks about her 30 years at the BBC starting as Production Secretary, and then the freelance world beyond, working on everything from occasions of state to The Chelsea Flower Show, Carrot Confidential and The Sky at Night, where she enjoyed Sir Patrick Moore’s little known 5-star culinary skills. Add to that international sport along with modern and Shakespearean productions at the National and RSC, there’s hardly an aspect of telly she’s not covered.
