Im Josh Piterman, Im a singer, actor and certified meditation teacher. I’ve played many roles in my life both on and offstage and worn many masks, but I’ve always had a curiosity for what’s happening behind those masks, behind identity and ego. I want to explore the real stories beyond the bright lights of people's journeys and get a VIP pass to the backstage tour of their lives. In this series, you’ll get to know some of the most extraordinary and inspiring people behind the masks that they wear. It’s an opportunity for them to share their authentic story. Their sacrifices, successes, hurdles, triumphs, insecurities, motivations, passions and fears, as well as their self-discoveries, philosophical or spiritual awakenings, the growth mindset tools they’ve used and the wisdoms and lessons they’ve learned, to navigate their way through life, with purpose and meaning. It’s time to be inspired by the depths of what it means to feel truly human. It’s time to go behind the mask.
