I share some of the life-changing boundaries I’ve had to set — like walking away from toxic relationships, saying no to unpaid work that drained me, and parenting my way despite all the outside noise.
I also talk about the everyday boundaries that keep my peace intact: putting my phone on Do Not Disturb, switching off notifications, stepping away from draining conversations, and reminding myself that I don’t owe anyone an explanation for my “no.”
One thing I’ve learned? If someone asks you a yes or no question and you have to think about it — 99% of the time, it’s a no.
