A fascinating conversation with Daniel Stermac-Stein who has mastered traditional Leather techniques to create handmade clothing from the sewing studio which is attached to a farm in the Upper Ottawa Valley of Eastern Ontario.
The Herds Throne is maintaining the skills passed through generations of clothing and leather artisans, using bark-tanned and brain-tanned locally hunted, animal skins.
This really is a wonderful insight to Daniel's life and his absolute passion for his craft as well as his love for animals and the nature around him.
