Our guest today, Kajal Wattamwar is a Nutritionist. She along with Bushra has cofounded healthysteadygo_ and provides a guide in a traditional, balanced and easy to follow diet plans.

Kajal did her bachelors in dietetics and masters in food science and nutrition from SNDT Mumbai University.

Initially her aim was to become a lawyer, however she turned into a full time nutritionist over time. Also, before going online on social media, she made her sting in corporate life too.

She started her journey on Instagram last year only and it literally transformed the life of many people who are now her loyal followers.
