As we discussed with her, she explained, "It's definitely important that we learn about ingredients before trying them out in the kitchen because as each one goes through its development process it will improve your dish significantly."

Formerly, she was executive producer at Reliance Broadcast Networks Limited RBNL. In her career spanning 15 years as a journalist she has won several accolades, including an award for investigative journalism and been the ‘food blogger of the year 2020’.
